As the name says the gypsum boards are perforated with various design and hole size to give as acoustic value to the gypsum ceilings. Advantages of using perforated gypsum for ceilings and wall linings are firstly ease for installation, colour application, durability, sustainability, value and acoustic perforation with or without using any insulation.
The various hole sizes and patterns adds up to the acoustic performance and design element for the whole project. NRC values range from 0.5 up to 0.90.
